Make the unconscious conscious by paying attention to what your thoughts may be telling you. Turn off your tech, let the noise out of your mind and listen what comes out of the silence.

Write it down, then let it be. It may not make sense at the moment. Come back to it later after it's simmered in your brain for a while.
